"The more Rise you play, the more it has to give. I wouldn't call traversal in the previous games bad, exactly, but along with the new Wirebug grapple tool, Rise makes moving around its environments an absolute joy." It introduces a dog, a malamute, as your permanent companion and mount that lets you dart across a map faster than ever. "Rise takes aim at almost all of the 'boring' bits of Monster Hunter, the bits you had to Google or just didn't look forward to, and punts them into the sun. Rich says that if you enjoyed Monster Hunter World you should be excited for Rise to come to PC. If you've been holding off on getting into Monster Hunter Rise, don't worry.

If you want to sink countless hours in a rewarding game which takes effort and time to learn, then you should definetly buy this. What is Monster Hunter Rise's gameplay like?

Not only that, but learning how each one of them operate and what to use against them. Of course a large variety of complex monsters to hunt. From beautifully crafted areas to explore, photos to take, treassures to hunt, fishing for materials you can use to craft bombs or sharpen your weapons etc. This is one of my most played games to this day, even though i definetly hold the Monster Hunter that started it all near and dear, (MH on Ps2 and later on MH Freedom on PSP) MH World might still be the best Monster Hunter game to this day. Learning the game and building your own armour from slain monsters is more rewarding than picking the cheat armour when creating a new character. Also don't use the defender gear, it is akin to cheating yourself out of a great experience. I would reccomend to play the base game first without the DLC, because some of the new features from Iceborne make aspects of the base game easier. It is so much fun playing with friends and random people, the community surrounding this game is great, helpful and a lot of fun. This game is to this date the most beautiful monster hunter game, with amazing and fun iterations of the usual weapons.
